Stayed overnight between flights, so we were not looking for extras. While the hotel is a little "tired" needing some maintenance in small areas, it was very clean and had a reasonably priced lunch and dinner buffet which saved us a trip to town. It was good to have a hotel that was not overpowered by smoking, but that could be simply because our room was away from a lot of others. There are a couple of pools on the property which we didn't use. It was winter so one was not in use. The other seemed to be hosting either a practice meet or perhaps a competition.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with several highlights that made it stand out. The check-in process was smooth, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a sofa bed and a seating area made the space even more family-friendly. There were TVs in each room, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of toiletries provided. The service throughout our stay was attentive and professional, ensuring we felt well cared for. Compared to another hotel we stayed at in Cairo, the Paramita, this hotel was significantly better in terms of room quality, comfort, and amenities.

11 days were memorable during the holy month of Ramadan with activities at the Nubian village or the month's very special drinks and food. The hotel mastered it unique hospitality very well. Nothing beats it's security and location were very good. Mr. Mahmoud the bellman was more than helpful to me he assisted almost in everything from helping with my luggage to clothes needs to be gone to laundry. Also can't forget the helpful reception staff were good too. . All in all amazing experience.

Really loved this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a 9 Day Tour with Nice Tours. Loved being so close to the airport and watching the planes coming in to land. Great room and balcony. The food and service were excellent. Breakfast was an amazing buffet. Everyone was very friendly. Swimming pool was really nice - ladies don't forget a swimming cap or you can buy one in the shop. Also, no bikinis. Do not bring food or drink into the hotel, they have a shop where you can get snacks and there is 24 hour room service. Everything is very reasonably priced. Easy to get an Uber into centre of Cairo and very cheap. Only 10 mins. from Airport. Westerners are very welcome at this hotel and I thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and we were there one night prior to our flight. Sadly we arrived too late to use the pool and left too early but it looked lovely. The staff were helpful our rooms large comfortable and clean. We had a 7am pickup and breakfast was ready at 6.30 for us and many others though they said breakfast was from 7am which was great. We had a short pleasant visit.

Very close to the airport. Huge hotel with a nice big pool. We had at 3-persons room with balcony with view to the pool. Close by (in walking distance) there's lots of stores and restaurents. The hotel staff was very helpfull arranging an Uber to and from the airport.

Very nice and large hotel. Staff were friendly and food was good. Several options for restaurants within the property. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
